Toyota JZX90 / JZX100 ABS Delete Kit

We present the GKTECH ABS Delete line kit for the Toyota JZX90 & JZX100 – an easy, bolt-on solution to completely remove the ABS system from your vehicle.

Our kit offers a super easy installation process: simply remove the standard lines and replace them with our kit. The total installation time is around 45 minutes.

The GKTECH braided brake lines are built with stainless steel fittings and hoses that feature a Teflon inner tube wrapped in stainless steel braid and protected by a PVC outer coating. These brake lines have been independently tested to comply with FMVSS106 standards for brake hoses, making them ADR approved in Australia, as indicated on the brake line assemblies.

The FMVSS106 testing procedure includes the following tests:

  • 370 lbs pull test
  • 35-hour whip test
  • 7000 psi burst test
  • Temperature tests from -45°C to 146°C
  • 24-hour salt corrosion resistance test

NOTE: This ABS delete kit only suits rear brakes with individual hardlines for each side. Please double check that your vehicle has two brake lines running to the rear before ordering.
